Whilst historically, the traditional filling for Scotch pies was mutton, often
highly spiced with pepper and other ingredients, here at Shorts, we only use the very best Scotch beef in our pies.
That’s because we believe that quality ingredients make for great taste

We use our own secret
recipe to bring out the best in the beef flavour.
What
you will never find in our Scotch pies, or indeed, anything else we bake, are preservatives, colourings or additives.
